Allswim RETURN GOODS POLICY

At Allswim, we’re happy when you’re happy with your order. We know that sometimes you get product that you decide isn’t right for you for any number of reasons. So with that in mind, we’ve come up with some guidelines to make the process easier for you.

  • If a return shipping label accompanied your product, please use that for the return.
  • We can not pay for return shipping, but we will ship exchange merchandise back to you free of charge. 
  • C.O.D.’s will not be accepted for incoming exchange merchandise.
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable.

When to return?
Please return merchandise as soon as possible. Returns made within 30 days of your initial order will get full exchange credit or refund. After 30 days we charge a 10% restocking fee.

Why you’re returning the product?
Please let us know why you are returning the product. This is essential in helping you (and future customers).

Types of Returns:
  • Exchange: We are happy to exchange for size or color as long as the merchandise returned is in resalable condition.
  • Refund: Refunds will only be given in the same form of payment as the initial purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, then your refund will be made to that same credit card. Refunds are limited to the price paid for the merchandise and will not include shipping charges. There are no refunds on Apparel/only exchanges for merchandise of equal value.
  • Store Credit: Store credit will be given at the discretion of Allswim/William B. Hugg Enterprises, Inc. under certain circumstances. Store credit is limited to the price paid for the merchandise and will not include shipping charges.
  • Shipping: Shipping charges will not be refunded. 
  • No credit or refund: Allswim/William B. Hugg Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund, credit or exchange at our discretion

Condition of Merchandise:
  • All merchandise, including swimsuits, must be returned in new condition, with attached original tags and labels on the suit and with original packaging
  • No merchandise used in the water is returnable or exchangeable 
  • If merchandise is defective, we will exchange for the exact same product or product of equal value.
  • All merchandise must be returned in resalable condition.

What can NOT be returned:
  • Books, DVD’s or Software.
  • Merchandise that was worn or used in the water.
  • Items that are not in condition to re-stock and sell to future customers.

Special Merchandise Categories:
  • Clearance merchandise is only exchanged if defective. If an exchange clearance item is not available, a refund will be given.
  • Grab Bag merchandise will only be exchanged for size.
  • Custom merchandise can not be exchanged. This includes but is not limited to printed merchandise.
  • Non-customized swim caps are only accepted for exchange only and must be returned in original packaging.

Allswim/William B. Hugg Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to change the above guidelines at any time at our discretion. This includes whether to provide a refund, exchange, store credit or no credit/exchange.
